Introduction

Hydrophilic liquid flake RHQ is a fatty acid organic amine compounds.

Basic Character

Appearance: little yellow liquid

Ionicity: weak cationic

Solubility: dissolve in water easily

Application fields

Wide application. Applied to various fabric.

Characteristics and Advantages

(1)Endow fabric soft and fluffy hand feeling;

(2)Good dispersion and permeability, can be adsorbed quickly;

(3)No yellowing, no effect on brightness and color light, especially can be used on bleached fabric;

(4)No foams;

(5)Can be mixed with nonionic and cation agents, good stability and easy to use;

(6)Great hydrophilicity;

(7)Can be dissolved in water with any ratio.

Diluted Method

Can be diluted to 5~90%, put RHQ in reactor, add water slowly with stirring.

Usage Amount for Reference

Dipping Process: 10% RHQ 3-10 %( o.w.f)

Temperature: 40~50℃

Bath ratio: 1:10~15

Time: 30min

Padding process: 20~50g/L

One dip one rolling or two dip two rolling
